As soon as your order has been prepared for dispatch you will be updated with the tracking number. We would normally expect you to receive your order within 3 working days. Criteria to return an item:
A return must be logged within 24 hours of the item being delivered. The item must be in a perfect re-sellable condition. The item being returned qualifies for a return if there is any damage made to the exterior leather or interior lining upon receipt of the bag such as scrapes, tares, foreign markings etc. The item is in its original packaging, with any labels it arrives with attached.

Delivery of returnable goods:
The Italian Handbag Co. will pay for the return *delivery costs for all ‘returnable’ items to and from the original delivery destination premises that are within all major city centres in South Africa.

The Italian Handbag Co. will pay for half of the *delivery costs for all returnable goods to and from the original delivery destination premises that are based in the outskirts of South Africa.

The Italian Handbag Co. is not responsible for delivery costs for international returnable goods.

*Delivery costs are covered at standard average market rates, and for normal delivery times. Expedited rates are not covered by The Italian Handbag Co.

Non-exchangeable items:
Bags that have been utilised and are marked on either the leather exterior/strap or the interior lining.
